How to Apply and Schedule your Audition
There are 5 ways to participate in the Festival:
1. Festival Soloist for Single movement
2. Festival Soloist for Complete concerto
3. Teacher/Hobbyist Reading Session single movement
4. Auditors/ Parents accompanying performers
5. Auditors (general)

Single Movements Tuition - $2995
Complete Concerto Tuition - $4495
Festival Soloists will have two private lessons, one master class, lectures, two rehearsals with orchestra, one dress rehearsal, one Festival Concert performance with orchestra, cultural excursions including a guided tour of Vienna.
To apply, please complete the Application/Audition form and follow the link to submit the fee via PayPal. The audition fee for a Festival Soloist is $100, and will be applied towards the total tuition cost once your admission is confirmed. Upon receipt of Application/Audition form and fee, our office will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your audition. For All Festival Activities
Auditors: Tuition - $850
Auditors are a non-performing category, i.e. receive no private lessons and do not perform in master classes or concerts. Auditors have access to all lectures, master classes, all orchestra rehearsals, all festival concerts, cultural excursion tours, including historical and musical highlights of Vienna. Since no audition is required, auditors are accepted into the Festival as soon as we receive your application form and fee of $50. For payment, please follow the link to PayPal. Auditor Accompanying Participant: $400
If you are accompanying parent/family of a participant, the auditor tuition is $400 per family. Please indicate that you are an accompanying parents/family in the “participant type” section of the application form and submit the completed form and $50 application fee via the link to PayPal.
Terms and Conditions: Application & Payment. The tuition must be paid in full by 30 days after the acceptance to the program or no later than June 15, 2023, whichever comes first. Please visit the payment page on our website and follow the link to PayPal to make payments.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled by July 1, 2023, the applicant will receive a refund of 50% of the tuition. If cancelled by July 15, 2023, the applicant will receive a refund of 25% of the tuition. If cancelled after July 15, 2023, there will be no refund.
